I saw butterflies with machine guns
and the dolphins burning forests
I saw crocodiles dropping bombs
and the frogs polluting the air
I saw eagles firing missiles
and the penguins polluting the land
I saw bees driving tanks
and the tigers polluting the sea
I saw flowers killing children
and the trees building walls

I think this poem makes the point that the animals are suffering for man is doing to this planet- well done

I enjoyed your poem, I read it in the reverse. Yes, because of man's wanton ways, he is doing a lot of damage to other creatures who have equal rights as he does to enjoy life in this habitat- the Planet Earth.
